About Pagani Cryo T-Shock
Pagani Star T-Shock is a non-invasive slimming, cellulite reduction, and toning treatment that utilizes the science behind cryolipolysis. Cryolipolysis is a process that destroys fat cells directly under the skin's surface (subcutaneous fat cells) by freezing within the temperature range of +8 to -8 degrees C. The cold treatment causes stubborn fat tissue to vanish, moving fat cells to drain through the lymphatic system.

Star T-Shock safely and effectively uses thermal shock to naturally destroy adipose cell or fat cells without any damage to the skin. The treatment breaks down fat cells by starting with heat then a prolonged period of cold then heat again. Clinical studies have shown that this technology naturally destroys fat cells, but as with most techniques, the results vary from one individual to another. Part of the fat cells are destroyed during the session, while most will be eliminated within two to three weeks after the treatment as your body naturally flushes the dead fat cells out through the bloodstream and the lymphatic system.
To reduce the appearance of cellulite, fine lines, and wrinkles, the Star T-Shock stimulates collagen and elastin production through the same process of thermal shock that is used for fat reduction, but it uses less cryotherapy and more thermography to tighten muscles and break up dimple causing fibers.

The body contouring treatments last for roughly 30 minutes and are done manually employing a massage technique. The session begins with 2 minutes of heat and then a prolonged period of cold (22-26 minutes) and then back to heat for another 2-3 minutes.
The purpose of the treatment is to lower the temperature of the fat cells enough to cause what is known as the phenomenon of apoptosis. This phenomenon is triggered when the temperature of the fat tissue is between 12 and 17 C, which causes these cells to die. The cells are then naturally passed through the body’s lymphatic system and excreted through sweat and urine.
